What is your job again?

In today's installment of wasting taxpayers dollars, an exchange between myself and a Tenancy Manager. Keep in mind, this TM and two Spencer's maintenance supervisors saw the exposed rainwater pipes when they visited the property in July 2020, this exchange happened in January 2021 and still nothing was done until around the beginning of June 2021 and only as a result of a Healthy Homes Assessment eventually being carried out after all the commotion I was making. On another note, who would have thought you needed annual leave for a job where you do nothing and had lots of time off anywaydue to Covid restrictions?
