Shout out to the KO staff and contractors who have been great.

Whilst there may be lots of stories come out about KO as an organisation, it needs to be said that there are some fantastic people who work for KO, either in the call center or as a contractor.

I am all for giving credit where credit is due so would like to give credit to those who have played a positive part in my journey so far. Donna who works in the call centre. Alexa, who works as part of the KO social media team. Drainco for being the ones who finally fixed the drains properly. And also to the few call centre workers and contractors whose names I didn't get at the time.

Thank you all for the mahi you do. Thank you for listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Thank you for your honesty. Just thank you. Please keep being shining stars in what must seem like an impossible job sometimes.
